My poor little Noni

by Linda Riggs
(Salem, Oregon)

Noni is about 8 years old and and has developed a small bubble on his ear and according to a on call vet she thought it could be a tumor. I am unsure if I can give him anything for pain. There is a little bit of pus and it has bled a bit. I am very worried about him and the ferret vet in town was out. And it is too late to take him to the vet now. Most of his right ear is red.

Is there a home remedy I can give him?

My ferret has a lump in her ear that seems to be getting worse. She’s on internal and external antibiotics. How is Nomi now and what treatment did you use ?

This home remedy our vet prescribed. Don’t worry I checked.

Here:
Simply take a cotten swab ( if u have one or a very soft thick tissue), put a teaspoon or so of peroxide. Softly dab the bubble. Make it as dry as possible. Hope this works for Noni!

p.s. If this does not help, contact a vet as soon as possible. ( ASAP )

Good luck,
Love Kim 🙂

Use a Qtip and dab the area very well with peroxide to try to dry the infection up as much as you can. It’s not painful, it will just itch and tickle.

It’s all a pet owner can do until they get to a doc, which he will need.

I’m guessing internal and external antibiotics were prescribed.

THIS IS NOT GOOD — IT COULD BE INFECTED. HE COULD DO FROM THAT HE NEED MEDICINE. AS OF THE BUMP IT COULD BE A BITE OR A STING.
