I can only hope that she is in a better place, and I agree it will never be the same, they cannot be replaced by another ferret.
We now have four boys. Fizgig, Rerun, Jasper, and Blotch - I love them all, but they will never replace Loki. :)

I am so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose someone we love so much. No matter how long they have been with us, it never feels like enough time. I recently lost my baby girl Hazelnut. She was such a sweet ferret. As time passes it gets better but it will never be the same again. Thank you for sharing.

I am so sorry for your loss. Ferrets indeed get to our heart strings and I had to deal with the loss of my Nikomi. It is not easy. Words cannot express my sympathy to you. Nikomi and all our fuzzy friends are welcoming Loki to the Rainbow Bridge.
