I live in the UK. I'm nearly 15 and ever since I saw the film "Along Came Polly" (you should watch it!!), I have always loved ferrets but now I have 2 dogs and 3 cats.
My mum won't get me a ferret but I might get a ferret when I move to Australia, when I move out!
Well I hope you get your ferret in the future. They are great little pets but can be very high maintenance but if you give your ferret lots of love and attention, you can be sure you'll rewarded in kind. They don't deserve their reputation of being smelly, vicious animals that bite!! :)
