I am so sorry for your loss. I know what it's like to lose a sweet angel. I have lost 3 of my kids.
I think Fair Bear is a great name for a ferret, I named my BoBo for the same reason - when we saw him he looked like a little brown toy bear, just like a BoBo bear.
I have found through the years of having these sweet angels in my life that even after I lose one, there is always a sweet face to steal my heart all over again. They don't replace the one I just lost, but they do help fill the hole left in your heart. Then they, too, will become a very special baby in their own way.
I'm sure your Fair Bear is playing & dooking with all my babies & will be there waiting when your time comes.
