we were so mystified how she would get into places. so smart.
stealing cat food. next to tea lights it was her favorite thing to steal
she loved everyone.. cat, human or ferret

Although you weren't my first ferret - you were the first who I raised from a kit. She was daddy's girl and I wouldn't have it any other way.
From sleeping in my underwear drawer to curling up in the t-shirts I cast on the ground.. if it had my scent she'd be all over it.
Every day I told her how much I loved her. I'd sing her made up songs about her and give her treats. I knew she wouldn't live forever but I was totally unprepared for her to pass...
My heart has died and I had to pack it into a tiny box and say good-bye.. I wish on the stars it wasn't so.. :(
